Union Catholic celebrated Senior Day in style, earning a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Elizabeth on Wednesday afternoon at Kramer Manor Park in Scotch Plains. The win lifted the Vikings to 7-6 on the season.

Union Catholic secured two points in singles play as Danielle Chuy battled to a 6-4, 6-2 win at first singles, and Elizabeth Adegboyega rolled to a 6-2, 6-2 victory at second singles.

The deciding match came in doubles, where seniors Sonia Allen and Caroline Cleaveland delivered in front of the home crowd, clinching the team win with a 6-3, 6-4 triumph at first doubles.
