Sophie Peterson continued her torrid sophomore season with two more spark the Union Catholic girls soccer team to 2-1 victory over Mount St. Mary on Tuesday in Watchung.  

Peterson, who now has eight goals in eight games, scored the game-winner when she snapped a 1-1 the second half.

Hailey Mullaney and Rebecca Frank each added an assist for Union Catholic, which has won 3 straight games to raise their record to 6-2.

Rylee Curtis made five saves in the victory, including a second half shutout.
