Senior guard Gabby Ziegenbalg became the 11th girl in Union Catholic history to score 1,000 points in her career during the Vikings' 55-54 loss to Cranford on Senior Day on Thursday in Scotch Plains. 

Ziegenbalg drained a 3-pointer late in the second quarter to reach the magical milestone. She finished the game with 14 points and now has 1,005 points in her career.
