Charlotte Donnelly erupted for a career-high four goals to spark the Union Catholic girls lacrosse team to a historic 10-9 win over Morris Catholic on Wednesday.
It's the first time the Vikings have ever defeated Morris Catholic.
Union Catholic jumped out to a 4-0 lead on goals by Donnelly,
Shannon McGuinness, Angie Corvalan and
Ryan Gorski. Corvalan and Gorski, who also starred on UC's volleyball team that won the Union County title this past fall, each scored two goals in the game.

Julia Landicho, who made 13 saves, including a huge stop in the final few seconds of the game to secure the victory as the Vikings evened their record ay 3-3.
