Mattson scores 21 to lead surging Union Catholic girls to victory over Union
Emily Mattson recorded a season-high 21 points, six rebounds, and four assists to lead the surging Union Catholic girls basketball team past Union 54-40 on Monday in Union.
Union Catholic (7-2 on the season) has now won three straight games and seven of their last eight. The Vikings led 24-16 at halftime before outscoring Union 30-24 in the second half.
