UC basketball star Luke Schorr scores 1,000th point of his career
Luke Schorr became the 12th boy in Union Catholic history to score 1,000 points during Union Catholic's loss to Plainfield on Thursday night at the Metro Classic at Franklin High School in Somerset.
Schorr, a senior guard, drained a 3-pointer from the corner in the second quarter to reach the 1,000-point milestone.
Schorr is the second UC player to score his 1,000th point this week. This past Tuesday, senior guard AJ Altobelli surpassed 1,000 points in a big road victory over Elizabeth at the Dunn Center.
